Not everything you discover at Potager is made by Potager, and that's very intentional. Alongside the products we make ourselves, we curate a growing collection of goods from makers and brands we admire. We might be drawn to a company because of its values or because of the quality of its ingredients or its craftsmanship. Sometimes our customers lead us to products they've been hoping to find here, and now and then we simply come across a discovery that feels at home. That might be a candle, something for the bath or home, a garden-inspired puzzle, a craft, or another unexpected find. There doesn't need to be one particular type of product that connects everything we choose. Instead, there is a feeling, botanical, garden-inspired, apothecary-minded, useful, tactile, beautiful, things that invite you in to slow down, make something, tend something, enjoy your home. Thoughtfully curated, always growing. We don't want to fill our shelves just for the sake of having more things. Anything we bring in should feel like it belongs. From choosing ingredients to developing fragrances, to pouring, cutting, wrapping, and sending finished products out into the world. There is something deeply satisfying about making useful things well. That hasn't changed. Things worth using every day. The ordinary things are often the things we use most... the soap by the sink, a shower steamer at the end of a long day, a candle burning in the kitchen, a puzzle spread out across a table on a quiet afternoon. We think those small rituals matter. Potager has changed and grown quite a lot since the first bars were made, and our family has grown alongside it. Seeing Potager through the eyes of a new generation, including my granddaughter, is a lovely reminder of why the choices we make today matter. But the ideas behind Potager remain simple: thoughtful ingredients, botanical inspiration, craftsmanship, responsible choices, and an appreciation for useful, beautiful things.
